Postveo is a digital software-as-a-service product delivered entirely online. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. This policy explains how and when access to the Service is delivered, and is provided because payment gateways such as Razorpay require a shipping/delivery statement even for purely digital services.
Digital delivery — no physical shipment
Postveo provides AI-assisted social-media tools through our website and applications. Because the Service is entirely digital, there is no physical shipment, courier, or delivery address involved, and no shipping charges apply.
Service activation and delivery timeline
Access to your plan is delivered electronically and activated immediately — usually within a few minutes — after you create an account or after Razorpay confirms your payment. If a payment is delayed in processing, access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your account or subscription is active.
How access is delivered
You access the Service by signing in to your account on our website. Features, generated content, scheduled posts, and analytics are delivered inside the application, and any digital outputs you create (such as images and captions) are made available within your account to download or publish.
Service availability and uptime

Availability in India and other regions
Postveo is available to customers in India, billed in INR through Razorpay, and to customers in the other regions we serve. Some features may depend on the availability of third-party social-platform APIs in your region.
